Karaoke Recorder

Sing over any backing track. Records your voice, mixes with the backing, exports a single MP3.

About this karaoke recorder

Drop in any backing track (instrumental, karaoke version, beat) and the recorder plays it through your speakers while capturing your microphone. When you stop, the two are mixed together and exported as a single MP3.

The microphone is only requested when you click Start — never on page load. We don't analyse or index your recording.

Karaoke recorder FAQ

Should I use headphones?

Yes — without headphones the backing track plays through your speakers and gets re-captured by your microphone, causing echo. With headphones, only your voice hits the mic.

Will my voice be in time with the backing?

Mostly — the recorder accounts for browser playback latency, but small offsets can creep in on slow devices. For perfect sync, use a DAW.

Where does the recording go?

We mix your voice with the backing track and export the result as a download. We don't keep, analyse or index your recording.

Can I record multiple takes?

Yes — start, stop, listen, click Start again. Each new recording replaces the previous take.
