About this audio equalizer
Three modes in one page. The 3-band EQ gives you bass / mid / treble shelves you can boost or cut by up to ±15 dB. The high-pass filter cuts everything below a cutoff frequency (great for removing rumble or thin-out a mix). The low-pass filter cuts everything above a cutoff (great for killing harsh hiss or making a 'phone' effect).
All five tools share the same EQ engine and re-encode at a sensible quality default.

EQ FAQ
What's a typical use for high-pass?
Cutting AC hum, mic-stand thumps and HVAC rumble from voice recordings. 80 Hz is a safe spoken-word cutoff; 100–120 Hz tightens podcasts further.
What does low-pass do?
Removes everything above the cutoff — useful for taming hiss, faking a 'telephone' or 'underwater' effect, or smoothing a harsh recording. Set it to 3 kHz for a phone effect.
How aggressive can I be with the 3-band?
±6 dB sounds noticeable but natural. ±10 dB is dramatic. Past ±12 dB you'll start to hear pumping or distortion on busy material.
Will the audio be re-encoded?
Yes — applying any filter requires re-encoding. The output uses the same format as the input at a sensible quality default.
